Our cases are made from Flaxstic®, a unique blend of compostable bioplastic and flax straw. They are 100% compostable and designed to protect your device and the planet.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
Will a Pela case actually protect my phone from drops?
Yes! Pela cases are rigorously tested for drop protection. The flexible material provides excellent shock absorption to protect your screen and internal components from everyday impacts.
How do I compost my case once I'm done with it?
You can place your old Pela case in your backyard compost bin or send it back to us through our Pela 360 program, and we will ensure it is properly composted or recycled into new products.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are Pela cases compatible with wireless charging?
Absolutely. Our cases are thin enough to be fully compatible with most standard Qi wireless chargers, allowing you to power up without removing the case.
